The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Architecture” offered by Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of architecture, arranged in small groups, allowing more intense assistance from the professors and lots of space for growth. Students will often be exposed to projects submitted to the Department of Architecture by cities, organizations, etc. The basics of architecture are taught in the core subjects such as structural theory, design, engineering and planning, introduction to interiors and urban spaces, and others. Incorporated to the curriculum there is also an office internship. The material of the supplemental disciplines includes professional techniques as well as cultural studies and creative topics such as theory of forms, building and law, anthropology, people and society, etc.
