The study program “Master of Arts in Architecture” offered by Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the field of architecture, arranged in small groups, allowing more intense assistance from the professors and lots of space for growth. The course of study revolves around architectural project-based study. It comes down to hands-on projects that bring content from all subject areas together. Student work on them individually or in groups. The first semester seeks to provide students with a personal and objective evaluation of what function architecture may play in society. During the second semester the relationship between architecture resources is explored. The third semester concentrates on the connection between architecture and the city. Colloquia are held on a regular basis and are an important part of the training.
