The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Sustainable Management” offered by Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences prepares students for careers in sustainable management, such as marketing or human resources. The curriculum is ideal for students who want to work in a start-up in the organic area, or in the sustainability or human resources departments of a big corporation. Practical experience is emphasized in the program, and managers and executives from firms and organizations routinely reflect on their daily work experience in the courses. Moreover, students can carry out projects in collaboration with businesses. Students will gain knowledge in the fields of management and marketing with a concentration on sustainable management. They will also take up classes such as “Business and Social Responsibility” and “Marketing and Consumer Criticism”. Participants will also get the chance to choose a specialisation subject. Available are NGO Management, Art in Corporate Design, Sustainable Communication Design, etc. Graduates of the program are active in human resources, sales, marketing, etc.
