The study program “Master of Fine Arts” offered by Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences equips skilled artist for professional independence. The course of study provides a platform for connecting with and mediating art, as well as deepening and individualizing students` won artistic profiles. The curriculum is modular, and each module is finished with an examination. At the beginning of the program there is a four-week orientation phase. During the Master colloquium students discuss different artistic methods. There are also module “Art in Context”, “Art in Practice”, and others. As a finale, based on the project idea submitted upon acceptance to the program, students develop, construct, and display a full artistic project of their own.
