The interdisciplinary study program “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Arts and Social Entrepreneurship" offered by Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences includes philosophical and aesthetic education that opens up new access of activity in the social and economic realms. A comprehensive basis in the liberal arts tradition with significant relevance to the present heightens understanding of life`s and work`s practical realities. From the philosophical part, students will attend classes in knowledge, humanity and the world, ethics and spirituality, as well as carry out practical project in philosophy. Other subjects that students will take up are Art and Society, Social change, Understanding society, etc. Upon successful completion of the program graduates are ready for taking on positions in political organisations, public relations, journalism and media, business enterprise, etc.
