The Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin offers the six-semester Master’s program “Master of Arts in Child Protection – Dialogic Quality Development in Infancy Assistance and Child Protection”. The purposes of this course are the interdisciplinary, social and organizational training of practitioners of early aid and child protection, in order to become quality developers. It also provides developing quality through dialogue, accompanying individuals and leading them to success. This course gives the students the skills qualifications to apply independently identified methods of hazard assessment and risk clarification, increase acceptance of child protection, improve cooperation within social networks, develop professional practice and gain democratic quality development.
