The Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin provides its student with the six-semester Bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Science in Management and Supply in Healthcare”. This course includes variety of projects with practice, internships, case studies and much more practical relevance and a mutual transfer between theory and practice. In order to provide the students with an easier way of studying, there are only small groups allowed to the face-to-face lectures. The target group for this program include: Health and nurse, Health and paediatric nurse, Geriatric nurse, Midwife / obstetrician, Curative Educator, Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Speech therapist, Operations Technical Assistant (OTA), Paramedic, Medical assistant. This course also gives its students the ability to spread over the six semesters - standard period of study in full-time studies in the course schedule and divide them as per their personal preference. The main purpose of this Bachelor program is to prepare highly-skilled workers for the demographic changes, cost pressure, demand for new concepts in health care, digitization, etc. within the health sector, as well as to gain the combination of innovative strength and economic activity.
