The Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin offers the Online Bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Arts in Social Work”. This course is the first distance learning program offered by the university in the field of social work for the target group of working people. The purpose of this course is to enables the students for a largely location and time-independent study parallel to professional activity. It is also based on the use of multimedia teaching and learning technology. Thus, it enables the training of professional handling of new information and communication technology.
