Allensbach University of Applied Sciences offers the “Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management”. It is an advanced study program, which structures knowledge upon the fundamentals of the undergraduate course, and prepares specialists for the management roles in companies of all dimensions, from small enterprises to large international corporations. Requirements are the completed basics of Business Administration, equivalent to 180 ECTS, B2 level of English language, and there is no condition to have had professional experience. The degree continues for up to three years, there are no attendance periods, so it is adaptable to any schedule, by being part-time and accessible from everywhere. The first and second semesters delve into topics like International, Intercultural Management, Leadership, Business Ethics, Compliance, Accounting, International HR Management. The third semester is then directed into one of the three possible specialization areas: Digital Transformation, Finance and Marketing Management. The last, fourth semester is for individual research, guided by academic supervisors, on a relevant thesis topic.
