Allensbach University of Applied Sciences offers “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration: Business Psychology” degree course. The course is directed towards occupational psychology, the wellbeing and behavior of employees, as related to working conditions, business models, leadership and management styles. Organizational psychology, another aspect of the degree course, deals with finding the optimal functioning mechanisms for enhancing corporate performance through boosting employees’ motivation. Change management, especially in restructuring and merging of companies, is another important matter to deal with in the course of business psychology. The degree extends over a period of six semesters and they are centered around business administration essential disciplines, as well as industrial and organizational psychology specialization courses in the last part. The final stage is the psychology project and the bachelor thesis.
