A continuing education course with a certificate from Allensbach University of Applied Sciences in “Personnel Management and Business Psychology” is available apart from the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, whose modules it comprises.  The duration of the studies is six months, the total amount of academic credits is 18. The content of the course is focused in personeel planning, selection, discharge, leadership techniques to promote personnel wellbeing, motivation, team work, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Organizational psychology is also included with its proper share of theoretical knowledge on cooperation, development, occupational safety, and personnel organization.
