Provided by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the full-time course “Master of Science in Biotechnology” is with a duration of four semesters. By building on the knowledge already acquired in the bachelor, the master degree conveys an extensive knowledge and skills in researching, developing, and modelling biotechnological and genetic engineering processes and deepens the mathematical, natural scientific technical aspects. The students expand their knowledge of scientific analysis of biotechnological and genetic engineering processes and gain the comprehension to model and describe these processes. The program explores the entire spectrum of methods for complex research projects and by successfully completing the master degree, students will be able to specialize in scientific institutes, research institutions, in the industries of biotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, agricultural or food industries.
