The full-time course “Master of Science in Ecotrophology” is provided by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences with a duration of four semesters. By focusing primarily on food quality, quality assurance and quality management in agriculture, food safety and hygiene, food technology as well as product development, the course aim is to teach the participants how to be able to make decisions in the food industry, manage and influence processes, as well as the business interests of companies and social norms and rules, the requirements and consequences for the human organism related to the supply and consumption of food as well as the consequences for the natural environment and society.
