Offered by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the degree program “Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology” is with a length of seven semesters. Alongside the in-depth exploration of food technology, this study course is supported by nutritional, ecological as well as technical and economic concepts. The course explores preservation, process engineering as well as measurement technology. The program is practice-oriented and provides to students a well-founded scientific knowledge. Graduates will be able to pursue with a Master’s degree.
