“Master of Engineering in Food Technology” is a career-integrated study course with duration of five semesters provided by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The distance-studied program provides an extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills as well as advanced scientific methods and insights in an interdisciplinary way. During the study, the prospective students have the opportunity to select between process engineering or food technology and learn how to analyze different types of complex challenges and develop tailored solutions.
