Description
With a total duration of four semesters the course “Master of Science in Food Technology” is offered by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The master’s program provides an additional, applied education in mathematical, natural scientific, and engineering content. The students obtain deep knowledge in the scientific analysis of food technological processes as well as the experience in modelling, simulating, and describing. By providing a basic social, economic, and occupational competences, the degree program also focuses on product development, food proteins and enzymes, microbiological rapid methods and food physics. Graduates of the master degree will be able to specialize in research, development, management in the private sector, in research institutes in all areas of the food industry and in public administration.
