The full-time program “Master of Science in Human Resource Management” is offered by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences with a duration of four semesters. The master degree conveys extensive practical and theoretical competences in the area of Human Resource Management with the particular focus on major fields of study such as compensation, benefits, managerial leadership, organizational development, individual and collective labor law. Based on a holistic understanding of science, the students acquire ways of thinking and acting that are meant to deal with complexity and ensure an effective handling of complex tasks while deepening their knowledge in order to develop an ability to make decisions, recognize and evaluate alternative courses of action. After completing the master degree, graduates will have the access to middle management position, senior positions in the area of personnel management in companies of various industries or personnel consulting companies.
