Description
With a duration of four semesters the “Master of Science in Monument Preservation Management” course is offered by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The full-time degree program explores the all art historical, archeological, and architectural aspects of cultural monuments as well as the unique aspects of buildings that are worthy of preservation. The participants learn about the connections between excavated buildings and existing structures while the course also teaches how to safely handle historical structures, providing a valuable additional scientific qualification. “Master of Science in Monument Preservation Management” provides a strong knowledge in the current issues in monument preservation with a particular focus also on building theory, building construction, building management and advanced knowledge of art and archeology or cultural heritage.
