Offered by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the study course “Master of Science in Nutrition Therapy” is with a total duration of five semesters. The program provides to the participants strong scientific knowledge in nutritional science, medical, ethical, social, psychological, economical, and health policy. After completing the master degree, graduates become experienced in the application, communication, and management of nutritional therapy and prevention measures - both in planning and organization as well as execution in practice – and will be able to specialize in a clinic, a reconvalescence center, an out-patient practice, a nursing home and more.
