Provided by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, the degree program “Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems Engineering, Technology and Business” is with a duration of four semesters. During their study, the participants obtain knowledge in sustainable food production and food processing, quantitative methods such as predictive modelling, business and economics in food industry as well as risk assessment and data analysis. The entirely English-taught course covers a wide range of topics concerning agri-business in a methodological and multidisciplinary approach while also exploring the computational food science, technology and engineering supplements or sustainable malting and brewing.
