The “Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Engineering” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. In the first semesters, students will receive in-depth theoretical knowledge in engineering fundamentals. Later on, participants can personalise their studies and choose a specialisation in Energy Systems and Energy Economics, Plastics Engineering, Sustainable building technology, Production and Automation Technology, or Physical Engineering. The BEng is practice-oriented and aims to provide students with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the program offers a chance for participants to expand their horizons by attending one semester abroad. Graduates are qualified to begin their career as application engineers or pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
