The „Bachelor of Arts in International Management“ for professional athletes is a German-taught program with a duration of 10 semesters. The course is offered part-time and provides athletes the chance to acquire a degree while continuing their professional activities. Throughout their studies, participants will focus on business administration, accounting, marketing, human resources, logistics, business mathematics, statistics, and IT. Additionally, they’ll gain methodological and analytical skills and learn how to carry out scientific work individually. Also, the BA promotes the development of soft skills such as leadership, organisation and communication, decision-making, and more. The program prepares graduates for managerial positions in the field.
