Description

The “Bachelor of Arts in Specialist Journalism” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Politics and Economics, Energy and Environment, Medicine and life sciences, Sports, and Culture and lifestyle. The program is practice-oriented and internships are at its core. Students have the opportunity to carry out internships connected to mass media, i.e. in print, radio, TV, online/cross-media or in PR and public relations. They’ll gain hands-on experiance and key competencies needed for day-to-day operations. The BA qualifies graduates to become expert journalists and opens numerous doors for employment. Graduates can also pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
