The “Bachelor of Arts in Value Creation Management” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 11 semesters. It is suitable for applicants who wish to further their qualifications and continue working in their current job. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on topics such as digitization, automation, agile methods, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0. Throughout their education, students will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. Furthermore, the BA promotes the development of soft skills such as project management, teamwork, coaching and leadership, as well as lean management and lean production. Graduates are qualified for managerial positions in the field.
