The Berlin School of Economics and Law provides the “Master of Laws in Guardianship” program with a length of four semesters. The program is intended to be a distance learning course. It is with a modular structure. Every semester of this program concludes with an internship. Some of the modules include basics of civil law, civil procedure, constitutional and constitutional law, family law, inheritance law and more. Participants of the program will obtain social as well as solid organizational capabilities.
