The program “Master of Music in Conducting” is a four-semester degree delivered in both English and German, through which students obtain 120 ECTS and an extensive professional knowledge on conducting of live ensembles, singers and solo instrumentalists. Studies contain master classes, rehearsals and concerts with professional orchestras, conducting classes with the studio orchestra of the UdK, video analysis of orchestral sessions and laboratory work with two pianos, tuition in Repetiteuring, vocal coaching, score reading, piano, singing and Italian lessons, rehearsal planning, orchestral set-up, programming and mnagement of large-scale projects, together with the local and state institutions, final exam with orchestral concert or opera performance.
