Description
The six-semester bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Context, Choreography” at Berlin University of the Arts is delivered by the Inter-University Centre for Dance Berlin (HZT), in cooperation with the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK Berlin), the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst “Ernst Busch” and the professional dance network “TanzRaumBerlin Network”. Languages of the program are both German and English, so a sufficient level of both should be demonstrated. The course’s aim is to build awareness and confidence in using available diverse modern performance means of expression, in order to help each student’s unique style emerge, so it primarily relies on practice-oriented creative and artistic undertakings in dance and choreography. Project work can be supervised by international experts. The entrance examination is divided into group and individual work tasks.
