The four-semester inter-university, interdisciplinary, research-based Master’s program “Master of Arts in Design and Computation“ is carried out in partnership between Berlin University of the Arts and Technical University Berlin. The combination of studies in Computational design, Design thinking, Engineering, Technology and Social processes intends to embrace all necessary fields for interpreting the modern digitalization process through both its basis and its social, economic, cultural and ecological effects. All contemporary trends or issues can no longer claim to pertain to one field only, and this is what the cutting-edge program between the two universities coordinates and gives expertise in. Emphasis is placed upon the relationship between the individual, technology and society. Only a limited number of students will be admitted.
