Description

The study program “Bachelor of Music in Harpsichord/Fortepiano” Fortepiano follows an eight-semester, 240 ECTS plan of studies. The entrance exam comprises of presentation of three pieces, music theory and sight-reading. Through individualised lessons aiming at a high-level professional mastery and artistic repertoire, the program is structured into modules of technical and musical fundamentals, each ending with an exam. After the second semester, all students receive course advising by a university professor. Besides the compulsory core subject modules, elective ones are also available Music Physiology, Music Management, Baroque Dance/Dance, Instrumental Pedagogy or Cultural Studies.
