Description
The “Bachelor of Arts in Architecture” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences involves an architectural design project and practical design work. Over the course of 6 full-time or 8 part-time semesters, students gain broad understanding of the development and planning processes as well as the architectural-economic relationships. They learn how to successfully implement a project from the first planning phase through the architectural design and the structural design to the presentation. Admission requirements include a vocational baccalaureate and a completed apprenticeship as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture or another related profession. People with a high school diploma and a one-year internship as well as people with a HF degree in the field of construction are also eligible to study.
