The “Master of Arts in Architecture” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences aims to deepen students’ specialist knowledge in the two main areas "Architecture & Wood" and "Architecture & Areal". During the 4 full- or 7 part-time semesters, methodological skills in conceptual and constructive design are expanded and students are taught to deal with complex planning tasks and processes. The course is based on a flexible semester curriculum with mostly independent modules. Admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree in architecture from a Swiss university of applied sciences or an equivalent university degree, or a Swiss or foreign title that is deemed to be equivalent and a completed a twelve-month internship.
