The “Master of Arts in Art Education” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 4 full-time semesters. The course's goal is to develop individuals with strong creative and aesthetic expression and judgment, as well as high technological proficiency and scientific thought. Students learn to observe and participate in artistic and creative processes, as well as to conceptualize and communicate them orally and aesthetically. Furthermore, the course emphasizes the proper use of technical, cultural-theoretical, and scientific approaches. Admissions are restricted by NC and candidates are required to pass an examination. Those who have a Bachelor's degree in mediation in art and design or a related discipline are admitted to the aptitude test.
