The “Master of Science in Business Administration” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is in the form of extra-occupational studies with a length of 4 semesters. The degree is designed to educate problem-solving and management abilities in general. It delivers everything students need for challenging leadership jobs in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment, based on a situational leadership style. All graduates of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field are eligible for the master's degree. On enrollment to the course, all applicants must attend a mandatory counseling session.
