The “Master of Science in Business Information Technology” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is offered in the form of extra-occupational learning. The course provides a management-oriented approach to dealing with digitalization, broadens students' understanding of business and the use of digital technologies in the workplace, and imparts scientifically sound and practice-oriented information. The two teaching days, Monday and Tuesday, are often used for traditional lectures. The course material was created in close collaboration with the business and IT communities in response to a clear market demand. Admission requirements include proof of a university degree at Bachelor’s level in the fields of business information technology, business administration, industrial engineering, or computer science.
