The “Bachelor of Science in Computer Science” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is with a length 6 full-time or 8 part-time semesters. During the program, students acquire broad knowledge of current and future-oriented topics such as IT security, IT forensics, the Internet of Things, virtual reality, mobile computing, business applications, computer perception and data engineering. In addition, they deal with practical projects, initially as part of project work, then as part of a bachelor's thesis. Admission requirements include a Bachelor's degree in architecture from a Swiss university of applied sciences or an equivalent university degree, or a Swiss or foreign title that is deemed to be equivalent and a completed a twelve-month internship.
