The “Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is based on the individual or collective approaches of the students to artistic work. Over the course of 6 full-time semesters, the students are in a continuous conversation with experienced artists, which intensively clarifies, deepens and develops the artistic questions. The number of study spots is limited by numerus clausus. A two-stage assessment determines whether or not you are suitable for the course. A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is normally required for admission to the entrance exams. After graduation, there are different areas of activity, including exhibitions, publications, but also organization, mediation or design.
