Description
The “Bachelor of Arts in Jazz and Contemporary Music” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 6 full-time semesters. The course includes ear training, jazz harmony, music history (social, political, and musical), notation, sequencing, and sound aesthetics, as well as rigorous study of a major instrument and playing in numerous ensembles with varying repertoires and genres.
