Description
The “Master of Science in Life Sciences – Food, Nutrition and Health” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences focuses on future-oriented questions at the interfaces between food and nutritional sciences. During the 3 full- or 4-6 part-time semesters, students acquire specific technical and methodological skills and learn to identify and describe the impact of food and nutrition on human health. Food Quality and Safety from Farm to Fork, Food Regulation and Consumer Perception, Food for Specific Target Groups, Business Administration for Life Sciences, Innovation and Project Management and other subjects are part of the curriculum. Admission requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field and good command of English.
