The “Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering” program at Bern University of Applied Sciences prepares students for complex and interdisciplinary tasks in business, through the mastery of the interaction of mechanics, electronics and digitization. During 6 full-time or 9 part-time semesters, students learn to understand complex technical relationships and can explain the cause and effect of various parameters, implement detailed solutions correctly and plan and carry out projects effectively. Admission requirements include a federal vocational baccalaureate, a federally-recognized baccalaureate, a specialist baccalaureate or an equivalent school education.
