Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology” program at Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin is with a length of 7 semesters. During that time, students are taught Mathematics, Chemical Basics, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, Applied Food Analysis, Thermal Food Process Engineering and other important subjects.
