The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology” program at Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin is with a length of 7 semesters. During that time, students are taught Mathematics, Chemical Basics, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, Applied Food Analysis, Thermal Food Process Engineering and other important subjects. Furthermore, students obtain and develop practical skills through interdisciplinary project work. Admissions for the program are restricted by NC and students are required to present a university entrance qualification. Graduates have the opportunity to work in different areas of the food industry – large-scale production, technical and technological development, food law development, quality assurance and management, and more.
