The “Master of Science in Food Science and Technology“ program at Beuth University of Applied Sciences provides students with detailed knowledge of specialized food production technologies as well as innovation and product development. In addition, methods of analytical quality assurance of food are deepened and expanded. Participants also learn how to model processes. The course of study takes place mainly in smaller groups in the form of seminars, in which practice-oriented exercises and excursions are carried out. Graduates of the program work primarily in large companies.
