The “Master of Arts in Management and Consulting“ program at Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin prepares students for all management activities. The focus is on project management, marketing, accounting as well as communication and cooperation. By incorporating practical exercises based on case studies, students are enabled to plan organizational units, optimize business processes, and develop and implement business management procedures. Upon completion of the program, students will have a sound knowledge in the field of business administration and industrial and organizational psychology.
