Description
The study program "Master of Engineering in Urban Horticulture and Landscape Management" at Beuth University of Applied Sciences is dedicated to the field of tension between ecological fundamentals, economic framework conditions and the demands of people on their urban environment. Students receive solution variants for the further development of urban open spaces and building structures, taking into account aesthetic, technical and social premises. Emphasis is placed, among other things, on the topics of "Stress on plants in the city" and "Rehabilitation of polluted urban plant sites". Employment opportunities for graduates exist, for example, in horticulture and landscaping, in municipal offices with the fields of green space preservation and urban open space development, as well as in expert and controlling activities.
