The three-semester consecutive Master’s degree in "Master of Arts in Accounting and Taxation" students advanced training in the areas of national and international accounting, controlling and the taxation of companies. During the program offered by Bochum University of Applied Sciences, students form a common understanding of essential topics, gain practical experience, and conclude with a Master’s thesis. Upon successful completion of the course, participants are qualified to take part in a doctoral program. Moreover, they have a wide range of opportunities for professional implementation in subfields of accounting, taxation, finance and others. Admissions are restricted and applicants are required to present a qualified degree with an overall grade of at least 2.5 from a course of seven semesters in Business Administration, Economics or a technically comparable course of study.
