Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane offers the practice-oriented degree program “Master of Science in Health Services Research’’. This course of study can be taken either as a part-time one with a duration of five semesters or as a full-time one with a duration of four semesters. It is geared towards students who want to learn how to analyse and evaluate current challenges in healthcare and how to develop the right solutions for them. The degree content for both types of study are more or less similar containing modules such as Introduction, Concepts and Basics of Health Services Research and Health Care, Health Economics, Ethics, Health and Society, and more. Graduates with a Master’s degree in this discipline will have access to a range of career opportunities in the field of health care.
