The degree course “Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering” at Brandenburg University of Technology is seven semesters long. It offers a variety of specialization options: Automation technology, electrical engineering and information technology, mechatronics. The fundamentals of mathematics, science, and engineering are covered in the first two semesters. Each module is followed by an exam. Projects completed in small groups are an essential component of the course. Students learn to acquaint themselves with a new topic on their own, to organize themselves in groups, and to take responsibility for particular aspects of the project. To apply, candidates must have an Abitur, technical college entrance qualification or a subject-specific university entrance qualification. Graduates start careers as computer hardware engineers, electronics engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and more.
