The Brandenburg University of Technology provides its students with the PhD program in “Power Engineering”. This course is a full-time, English-taught program. It is offered in collaboration between the Brandenburg University of Technology and the MPEI-Russian National Research University Moscow. The main purpose of this program is to expand the academic knowledge, understanding and skills of the students in connection with power engineering, engineering industry, methodology, analysis and researches, energy institutions, economics, energy economics, business administration, energy supply, energy productions, etc. Both lectures and practical seminars are provided to the participants. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work across the power engineering industry, energy supply organisations, engineering departments, education and many others. The admission requirements include finalised Bachelor and Master’s degree in the fields of power engineering, as well as language proficiency in English.
