The study program “Master of Arts in Art Studies” offered at Braunschweig University of Art builds up the foundations laid in the bachelor course. During the four semesters of full-time study, participants sharpen their skills with especially made study structure. All modules are instructed in German. With this master’s degree graduates have the opportunity of a career in museums, publishing houses, exhibition venues, galleries and many more. Following it they can also proceed to an academic career. Students cover subjects like Speaking and Writing, Perceiving art, Showing art, Deepening, Internship, Artistic and Artistic-Scientific Practice, Visual Communication, Media Studies, 'Methods, Media, Responsibility of art and more.
