The Catholic University of Applied Sciences offers the “Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Education”, which is provided at the Cologne Campus. It aims to introduce the students to the basics of childhood education, including its principles and methods. Furthermore, the main goal of this Bachelor’s degree is to expand the academic knowledge and skills of the participants in the areas of work with children, childhood education, health care, psychology, social sciences, family work, etc. Both lectures and practical seminars are provided to the students. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work across childhood education, health care management, social departments, public services, social care organisations and many others. The admission for this course is restricted.
