Description
The “Master of Counseling in Marriage, Family and Life Counselling” is provided by the Catholic University of Applied Sciences. This course is provided at the Paderborn Campus as a part-time degree. The main purpose of this postgraduate course is to expand the academic knowledge, skills and understanding of the students, in connection with marriage, family and life counselling. Furthermore, through the lectures and the practical seminars the participants will deepen their academic abilities in conflict management, economics, policy, crisis situation, therapy, psychology, social sciences, sociology, ethics, research methods, analysis, data collection, etc. The future graduates will be highly qualified to work as therapists across variety of institutions. They will receive a certificate in marriage, family and life counselling by the German agency DAKJEF. The admission requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in any similar area.
